With profound sadness, I announce the passing of my dear sister, Diana Del Pilar Adame, on November 16th 2025. Born on February 1, 1979, Diana was a shining light in our family. We grew up side by side, facing life’s challenges and joys together. Her talent for fashion, her devotion to family, and her role in shaping Boston’s harbor tourism business were truly inspiring.
Diana was a pillar of strength and a beacon of hope for all who knew her. She inspired with sass, class, and if you knew her, you might have called her a bit of an aspirational person. She taught us that family matters, that time heals all wounds, and that whatever challenges life brings, you should face them in style.
She is survived by her husband of 27 years, Charles Gibbons; her parents, Sergio Guadalupe Adame and Diana Del Pilar Espinosa; and her two younger brothers, Sergio Antonio and Carlos Arturo Adame.
Her spirit and soul will live on in our hearts forever—a ship that has departed our harboring hearts and now sails out to sea.
A celebration of her life will take place at Port Norfolk Yacht Club 179 Walnut St, Boston, MA. 02122 on 11/22/2025 12:00pm to 4pm.
