Lisa Anne Picard passed away peacefully on May 22, 2025, at the age of 61, surrounded by the love of her family and held in the comforting arms of her faith after a courageous battle with a brief illness. Born on February 24, 1964, Lisa lived a life of deep compassion, quiet strength, and unwavering kindness.

A graduate of Nashua High School, Class of 1982, Lisa went on to earn her Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy from Russell Sage College graduating in 1986. She began her career as a traveling physical therapist, serving patients across the country with skill, care, and a genuine heart for healing. Over the years, she built a meaningful career in the healthcare field, most recently dedicating herself to home health and hospice care, where she served her patients with compassion and care.

Lisa’s work was not just a profession, it was a calling. Her empathy, professionalism, and quiet faith were evident in every life she touched. She will be remembered not only for what she did, but for who she was: kind, devoted, and full of grace.

Lisa is survived by her devoted father, Normand Picard, and was predeceased by her loving mother, Janine (Roy) Picard, whose spirit she carried with her always. She is also survived by her brother Steven Picard and his wife Ivy of Miami, Florida, and her brother Kevin Picard and his wife Jean of Litchfield, New Hampshire. Lisa leaves behind her beloved niece, Alissa Picard of Litchfield, New Hampshire and nephew, Andrew Picard of Denver, Colorado, as well as many dear extended family and friends

Lisa was a woman of profound faith and love, someone who lived humbly, gave freely, and trusted deeply in God’s plan. She found joy in simple moments, laughter in the company of family and friends, and peace in her daily walks with the Lord. Her kindness, devotion, and quiet strength will continue to guide and inspire all who knew her.

A Church service will be held at Immaculate Conception Church in Nashua, NH, Tuesday, June 3rd, 2025 at 10:30 AM. In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations be made to Happy Tails Pet Rescue in Hudson, NH, a cause close to Lisa’s heart, in tribute to her life of healing and compassion.
