When a loved one passes away, whether at home, hospice facility, nursing home, or hospital, call us at 603.458.5260 to coordinate us taking them into our care.
Our policy is to take payment before someone is transferred into our care.
Step #2: Fill Out and Sign Necessary Forms
Option 1. Fill out necessary information and sign required forms directly on our website.
Option 2. Our staff would be happy to send the necessary forms to you via docusign.
Either way, you are able to arrange for the cremation right from your phone or computer.
Step #3: Staff Members complete death certificate and pull necessary permits
Once the signed forms are completed and sent back to us, our staff will file the death certificate with the state where the person passed away. In doing this, Social Security is notified of the death. We also pull the necessary permit in order to proceed with the cremation.
* Families are responsible for ordering the certified copies of the death certificates, we do not provide these*
Step #4: Cremation is Completed
The cremation is held here at our facility. The entire process takes between three and four hours. At this point, your loved one's remains will be transferred into the urn included within the cremation package, the purchased urn, or the urn provided by the family.
